Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you'd ask before the first call.

If your question isn't answered here, it's a good reason to book a scoping call directly.

Getting Started

Before You Book

We review your current business model, operations and growth goals, then map which package or service addresses your most urgent constraint first. It's a working conversation, not a sales pitch.

Initial scoping calls are complimentary. The Business Health Check and other paid packages are quoted once we understand your business and goals.

Most clients start with the Business MRI™ or a Business Health Check. The diagnostic surfaces which service will move the needle first, instead of guessing.

Engagement & Process

How We Work

Diagnostic engagements run 1–2 weeks. Growth and transformation engagements typically run 90 days to 6 months, depending on scope. Advisory retainers are ongoing, month to month.

Most engagements run remotely with scheduled video sessions, supplemented by on-site visits for transformation and franchise work where useful.

Yes. A mutual NDA is standard practice before any detailed financial or operational information is shared.

Yes. Most transformation and growth engagements combine three to five services under a single roadmap — see the Consulting Packages page for how these are bundled.

Pricing & Commercials

Investment & Terms

Every engagement is scoped to the size and complexity of the business — a fixed rate card wouldn't reflect that fairly. Pricing is proposed after a short scoping call.

Diagnostic packages are billed upfront. Larger transformation engagements are typically split into milestone-based payments tied to each stage of the Business Growth Framework™.

Scope & Fit

Is This Right For My Business

Yes — engagements are delivered remotely for clients across South Asia, the Middle East and beyond, with in-person sessions arranged where required.

Yes, through the Startup Launch Package — though most of our transformation work is with businesses that already have revenue and a small team in place.

That's exactly what the Business MRI™ is for. It gives you an honest read on where the business stands before you commit to anything further.
