Business Growth Architect™ provides business strategy, transformation, operational, technology and advisory consulting services. All recommendations are provided based on information disclosed by the client and represent professional judgement, not guaranteed outcomes.
Each paid consulting engagement is governed by a separate, signed statement of work outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and do not override, the terms of any signed statement of work.
Fees for packages and services are proposed following a scoping conversation and confirmed in writing before work begins. Diagnostic packages are typically payable in advance; larger engagements may follow a milestone-based payment schedule.
We treat client business information as confidential. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before detailed financial or operational information is exchanged, where requested by either party.
"Business Growth Architect™", "Business MRI™" and "Business Growth Framework™" are trademarks of Premendra S. Kashid. Frameworks, methodologies and proprietary tools used during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Business Growth Architect™ unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific deliverables (reports, SOPs, dashboards) become the property of the client upon full payment.
Consulting advice is provided in good faith based on information available at the time. Business Growth Architect™ is not liable for business outcomes resulting from the implementation, non-implementation, or partial implementation of recommendations by the client's team.
Content on this website, including text, graphics, tools such as the Business MRI™ calculator, and downloadable resources, is provided for general informational purposes and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Cancellation and refund terms for a specific package or engagement are set out in the relevant statement of work. Complimentary scoping calls may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of this website or ongoing engagement following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
